The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. Once you purchase or approve your order it is usually shipped within 1­-2 business days. This does not include the time spent in transit! Our hours of operation for both shipping and customer service are Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. MST, excluding weekends and major USA holidays.

Yes, we currently offer a stiff plastic application squeegee that will help eliminate air bubbles and help smooth down vinyl decals, film, stickers, and graphics!

NOTE: Squeegee color received may or may not be the same as image shown based on current inventory.

Look forward to liquid solutions being available in the near future to help you with installation and removal of old stickers/decals.

Actual colors may vary. Due to the fact that every screen has a different capability to display colors and everyone sees colors differently, we cannot guarantee that the color you see accurately portrays the true color of the product.

Yes! Click our Contact page/Email or message on Instagram(for fastest reply) what you are looking for/want. We can look into making it for you, give you pricing/timeline of when we can have it finished. OR if that idea is even able to be cut out of vinyl. Some things depending on size or wanting multiple colors are better off being printed! Keep in mind printed stickers tend to fade and crack way before cut vinyl!

Custom Orders MUST be paid in full BEFORE being Made or Product ordered for your job!

Yes! Message us what color you are looking for! We will reach out to our suppliers to see what we can order for you! A service fee will be charged for custom orders that needed to be ordered just for you! Sale MUST be purchased BEFORE we order your color. So we aren't stuck with a special order and then you don't want it.

CAL vinyl mails faster and is cheaper - $5 dollar service fee(this is for a small order, If you need multiple feet or yards the cost will be more.)

CAST vinyl is more expensive and can't be ordered less than 10 yards. So Service fee will depend on size of order!

Yes, Right now we have about 300 fonts available! We can also get others if we don't have the one you are looking for! Some fonts aren't cut friendly though. If its super thin it is almost impossible to weed. Even if i can weed it, the adhesive on such a small piece of vinyl won't stay in place very long! Message us what you are looking for and we will look into it for you!

Absolutely! AS long as it wasn't recently painted! It is recommended to wait as long as THREE(3) weeks before applying vinyl on a freshly painted surface. As paint dries it releases vapors that will cause vinyl to bubble and even fall off!

Yes!! It is recommended to wait AT LEAST 72 hours(3 days) after installation before washing!

Certainly! It is recommended to ONLY hand wash! Also to avoid harsh cleaners and soaps. Those can break down the adhesive - lowering the life of the vinyl!
